This program is separate from the New Vehicle Limited Warranty. It begins on the initial effective date of the warranty and covers the life of the vehicle for the initial owner. Subsequent owners receive a warranty that is equal to the powertrain warranty coverage period of six years or 110,000 km (whichever comes first). Service will be provided to the driver of the registered Lincoln vehicle.
Covered Services.
• Roadside assistance service (service provided at the scene of the breakdown)
• Service calls (delivery of up to 10 liters of fuel or battery reinforcement)
• Towing of your disabled vehicle to your selling Lincoln dealer if within 100 miles or to the nearest Lincoln, Lincoln-Lincoln or Lincoln retailer (one tow per breakdown).
Elements Excluded from Coverage.
• Parts, tire repairs, rental of towing equipment, storage fees and any work performed at a garage or service station
• Parts used during unlocking service
• Citizen’s Assistance
• Lincoln Roadside Assistance coverage is not a warranty, but rather a service provided to you by Lincoln to minimize any unforeseen inconvenience while driving your vehicle. All service providers are independent contractors and not employees of Lincoln. Therefore, Lincoln Roadside Assistance assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle or personal belongings resulting from the performance of such service.
• Any loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the servicing facility and must be reported to the owner of the facility and your insurance company within 24 hours of the incident and prior to performing any repairs.
If you lose your ignition key, the key is broken or it accidentally gets inside your locked vehicle, Lincoln Roadside Assistance is here to help. If circumstances require the use of an independent unlocking service, we may reimburse you up to $100.
If your vehicle becomes inoperable due to a collision or mechanical breakdown, while you are more than 100 miles from your residence, we may reimburse you up to $1,000 (in total) for the following reasonable emergency expenses (when not covered by insurance):
• Covered Expenses
• Local lodging and meals.
• Vehicle rentals from a bona fide rental agency (fuel expenses excluded)
• Commercial transportation to your destination and return trip after repairs
The period of coverage is the lesser of the date of vehicle breakdown up to three (3) days total or the time your vehicle is repaired.

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
To receive reimbursement for roadside assistance and towing services or travel expenses, you must file a claim within twenty (20) days of the incident. Complete the claim form and send it to the address below.

Lincoln of Canada reserves the right to amend or cancel The Lincoln Roadside Assistance Program at any time without incurring any liability.
